Returning Unwanted Goods

If your products are no longer wanted for any reason, you have 30 days from the date on which you received them to return them to us at:

Kippson Limited, 49 Station Road, Polegate, East Sussex, BN26 6EA

Please ensure that you return your goods unused in the original unopened packaging in resalable condition for an exchange or full refund.

Procedure

  • Let us know by emailing us at customer.services@kippson.com that you wish to return your order.
  • Send the product to us with the completed “Returns” section from the bottom of your invoice, ensuring that it arrives with us within the 30 day period referred to above.
  • We will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will refund to you the price you paid for the product, together with the original delivery charge (although if you chose a kind of delivery costing more than the least expensive kind of delivery that we offer, we reserve the right to retain the difference in cost between the kind of delivery you chose and the least expensive kind of delivery that we offer).
  • We will refund money using the same method used to make the payment.
  • You will be responsible for paying the return postage, and we recommend you use recorded delivery with insurance rather than ‘proof of posting’ which is not a proof of receipt.
  • Refunds are normally processed within 7 days of receipt.

Returning Faulty Goods

Very occasionally goods may be faulty, or get damaged in transit. We will of course refund or replace such items at no cost to you. Please ensure that you contact us by email at customer.services@kippson.com, and return the product within 30 days of its receipt by you.

If you would prefer a refund, we will refund to you the price you paid to us for the product, the original delivery charge and reasonable costs you may incur in returning the product to us.

Returning Personalised Goods

Unfortunately personalised goods, or any product made to order cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at customer.services@kippson.com. If we have not yet despatched your goods we will happily cancel the order, otherwise please follow the procedure for returns.

Your Statutory Rights

We offer our 30-day returns period in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
